We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Seafolly pieces, which is why we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with hygiene labels and tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective hygiene liners remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
